We provide the facilities and space to educate, support and develop family businesses and together we create opportunities for these businesses to grow, share and learn from their experiences.

Our goal is to strengthen the success of family businesses for generations. As part of our work, we therefore provide a safe space for family businesses to share experiences, challenges, skills and knowledge, and to address common issues that family businesses face. Our aim is to empower family businesses to thrive, grow and build strong structures that will leave a lasting legacy and be passed on to future generations.

Support & connection

Our community includes not only family business executives, but also the next generation, other family members involved in the family business, independent directors or consultants from many different business sectors. As such, AFB provides an opportunity for all of these members to connect with each other, network and share their experiences and stories so they can grow their own businesses and continue on the path to a successful family business.

The support that family businesses can receive in our community is crucial to helping them solve important problems and remain successful across generations. While every family business is different, they all face similar challenges. Family business events

Family business is a dynamic and rapidly evolving world. At the same time, it is a world with many risks, obstacles and pitfalls that need to be managed well. Keeping up with the many innovations, changes and opportunities while maintaining a harmoniously functioning family business requires constant learning and experience. Through interacting with internationally renowned lecturers, thought leaders and a global network of other experts, members of our community can hone their thinking and develop their skills to push and grow the family business field.

Invitations to events organized by our association are always sent to all members of our community and everyone is always warmly invited to these events. Whether it is webinars, online events or in-person lectures, you can be sure that it will always be a great opportunity to develop your knowledge and gain new experience.
